We are currently hiring for the following positions:
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs play an important role in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to improve their behavior and learn new skills with ABA therapy.
At Positive Behavior Services, we are looking for professional RBTs that can assist children with autism in specific cases. Some common responsibilities in this role may include:
- Implementing Behavior Treatment Plans: RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. This may involve working with individuals to improve their social skills, communication, and other areas of behavior.
- Collecting Data: RBTs are responsible for collecting data on the progress of individuals receiving therapy. This data helps the supervising BCBA evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan and make any necessary adjustments.
- Providing Feedback: RBTs provide feedback to the supervising BCBA on the progress of individuals receiving therapy. This feedback helps the BCBA make informed decisions about the treatment plan and ensure that it meets the individual’s needs.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional who specializes in behavior analysis. We are looking for excellent BCBAs to join our team and assess, design, implement, and evaluate behavioral interventions for individuals with behavioral challenges, such as those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
Specifically, a BCBA is responsible for:
- Conducting Assessments: BCBAs use various assessment tools to identify the factors contributing to the individual’s behavior challenges and determine the most appropriate interventions.
- Developing Behavior Intervention Plans: BCBA design and develop individualized behavior plans to address the specific needs of the individuals and help them achieve their goals.
- Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans: BCBAs provide guidance and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on effectively implementing the behavior intervention plan.
- Monitoring Progress: BCBAs evaluate the effectiveness of the behavior intervention plan by monitoring the individual’s progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Providing Training: BCBAs provide training to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on the principles of behavior analysis and how to implement behavioral interventions.
A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is a professional who works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to individuals with behavioral challenges. BCaBAs are responsible for assisting with the assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of behavior interventions, and we are looking for excellent professionals to fill this position.
Specifically, a BCaBA’s job duties may include:
- Conducting Assessments: BCaBAs may assist with assessing the factors contributing to the individual’s behavioral challenges.
