About the Positive Behavior Services Team - Established 2012

Our Story

Positive Behavior Services started in 2012 when our founders recognized the need to improve the level of training and support offered at ABA agencies. They saw that many companies were not investing enough time and resources into training and developing their staff, and staff in turn was leaving them to educate themselves. When staff is nurtured and cared for, our patients are. Therefore, we strive to take care of our staff with excellent industry training opportunities, and company activities that connect them to support and more.

We’ve Been There

As behavior analysts themselves, our founders experienced these issues firsthand and knew that something had to change. We believe that exceptional care starts with exceptional employees, so we made it our mission to prioritize our team’s ongoing training and support.

At Positive Behavior Services, we provide various professional development opportunities, including in-house training and attending workshops presented by the leading experts in ABA therapy. We also prioritize our clinical coordinators attending multiple seminars each year to learn new skills to transfer that knowledge to our staff. Our clinical coordinators are easily accessible to our staff and parents for support when needed.

We foster a supportive work environment that values collaboration, which allows our employees to thrive, leading to greater job satisfaction and a lower turnover rate. Our commitment to our employees is reflected in the high quality of care we provide our clients.

We recognize that each family has unique needs and work closely with them to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. By providing a supportive and highly trained team, we can positively impact the lives of the families we serve.

At the end of the day, our goal is to support our clients and their families in achieving their goals and to help them live more peaceful lives. Raising a child with a disability is not always easy, but it can have joy and successes.

Our core values of providing training and support for our employees translate into better outcomes for our clients and their families. We are committed to upholding these values and providing exceptional care to those in need.
