How To Submit an Autism Therapy Referral

We want to be your first thought for help in assisting children with autism and their families. We want to work together with you to serve these families. We are happy to receive your referral to our services.

What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific discipline and therapeutic approach that uses the principles of behaviorism to modify and shape behavior. In-home ABA therapy focuses on understanding how behavior is learned and how it can be changed by manipulating environmental variables.

ABA is considered one of the top treatments for autism because it is evidence-based and has been shown to be effective in improving a range of skills in children with ASD. These skills, which can be monitored through ABA skills assessment, may include communication, socialization, self-care, and academic skills. ABA therapy is also highly individualized and tailored to each child’s specific needs and abilities.

We take a collaborative approach, working closely with families, doctors, and providers to ensure that the best possible care is provided to the child. Based on the information provided during our consultation, we provide recommendations for the next steps, which may include therapy referrals to other specialists, therapy services, or educational resources.

Our goal is to help families and referral sources navigate the complex world of autism and provide them with the tools and support they need to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children and patients. If you are concerned about a patient in your care who was recently diagnosed or showing signs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Free workshops and training for daycares and schools on managing behaviors

We offer specialized training to daycares and other community settings on identifying potential symptoms of autism and other developmental delays in children and practical behavior management strategies to support those children in their care. Our expert trainers provide evidence-based approaches and tools to help participants recognize the early signs of developmental delays and provide effective interventions to support children’s learning and development.

By providing this training, we aim to equip educators and caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children, including those with special needs. We believe that early identification and intervention are essential for promoting positive outcomes for children’s development and well-being, and we are committed to supporting daycares and other community settings in this critical work.

Free Special education workshops for families and community partners

We educate parents about their child’s rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and other relevant laws and regulations. We provide resources and guidance on navigating the special education process, including requesting an evaluation and developing an Individualized Education Program (IEP). We offer support to help parents effectively communicate with school administrators and educators.
