Unfortunately, many ABA agencies do not offer the guidance, support, and training that a professional offering ABA treatment needs to feel confident in providing adequate services to the patients they serve. As a result, many RBTs feel dissatisfied because they lack the skills required to be effective clinicians.
This is the reason that we created our Positive Behavior Services Training Academy, to provide the much-needed support and training that many RBTs are lacking.
At Positive Behavior Services, we are committed to filling the learning and support gap for RBTs so that they can work as an autism therapist. We offer ongoing informative industry newsletters and training to keep you informed and trained at whatever stage of certification you find yourself.

Clinical Support and Training Academy
Our Free Support and Training Academy provides RBTs with the resources they need to improve their skills and knowledge for more effective ABA therapy sessions.
Monthly Clinical Support Meetings: Q&A sessions
One of the key features of our academy is the live monthly clinical support meetings. Here, we provide RBTs with guidance and assistance on a variety of ABA topics. RBTs are encouraged to ask any questions related to the field of ABA, and our BCBAs are here to help them with any clinical questions regarding current cases they are working on or any other ABA-related questions.
We are a supportive and nurturing team, so we promote and encourage collaboration. Join us! Our experienced clinical team is available to answer questions and provide the support you need.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Test Prep
We also provide a monthly RBT exam preparation for those seeking to become an RBT. Our test prep course is designed to help individuals in the process of getting their certificate prepare for the RBT exam and ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to pass the exam. Run by a seasoned BCBA, we believe our training can be an excellent supplement to your test preparation. Our training is held once a month, live via Zoom.
Training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
In addition to our clinical support and RBT exam prep courses, we offer live training on different topics within ABA. Our training courses are designed to provide RBTs with additional knowledge and skills to apply in their daily work with patients. Our monthly training courses cover a variety of topics relevant to RBTs. Our training are designed for any aspiring, new, or seasoned RBT who wants to work as an autism therapist.
Coming Soon! Free Group Supervision
Finally, we are excited to announce that we will soon be offering free group supervision in select locations. This will allow RBTs to receive supervision from experienced behavior analysts, which will help them improve their skills and knowledge in ABA even further. Our group supervision sessions will be held live via Zoom in selected geographical regions.
